Document, URL, text, and sitemap training jobs are processing within normal queue windows.
Incident communication
When an incident affects customer traffic, we post the affected service, scope, workaround, mitigation progress, and final post-incident summary. Enterprise customers can request direct incident notifications for production workspaces.
Support escalation
If your workspace is affected and this page does not show an active incident, email support@neuraldesk.io with your workspace name, approximate timestamps, affected bot or channel, and any error IDs from the dashboard.
